Dosing controllers
Controller selection depends on the motor technology and how the dosing unit connects to the rest of your production system.
PC90-04 standalone controller
A standalone controller that directly controls the motor. Versions are available for permanent-magnet (PM) motors and brushless DC (BLDC) motors.
PC95 speed-controller board
For PM motors only. This circuit board uses a 0–10 V control signal and is intended for integration into an OEM or machine control system.
PDC modular control
For multi-dosing units and mixing stations, with a separate PDC controller for each motor. Sensor feedback can be integrated and monitored. Versions are available for PM and BLDC motors.
PPM system control
A master controller for multiple dosing-system functions and components, available with or without a touchscreen. Primarily intended for gravimetric systems, it can also be used for volumetric mixing applications.

Can any controller operate either a PM or a BLDC motor?
No. PC90-04 and PDC controls are available in motor-specific versions, while the PC95 is for PM motors only. The controller must be matched to the installed motor and system.
